End Game

It has been a long and wonderful journey but all things must enbd including Graphic Design 1. Here is what you need to do to facilitate a smooth transition from this world to the next:

Two 6×6 wire bound books
Use the template provided
Print the cover on thicker paper (Redball has 60lb cover stock)
Print book on premium grade paper (Redball has 70lb text weight)
Use chip board for back cover

Final Zoo Poster
Printed as one sheet in color at 20×21″
Banner design placed on 11×17″ horizontal using ‘fit to page’ (no crops)

Process Book
Please have your updated final process book ready to hand in. It will be available for pickup the following day outside my office.

Digital Files
Create a folder with your final PDFs of all projects (nothing more…no PSD or other source files) in separate folders number sequentially. All files must be named “last_first-inital_project”. Put this final work in a folder labeled:

Wire Binding
There will be a wire binding workshop on Reading Day Monday, December 8 at 1pm. If you want a review on binding, be there.

Final Exam Times

GD1.01 Morning Class — Tuesday, December 9 at 2pm
(delayed from 1 to 2pm)

GD1.02 Afternoon Class— Thursday, December 11 at 1pm

Attendance at the Final Exam is mandatory.

 

FINAL EXAMS ARE HELD IN THE LIBRARY. WE WILL BE HANGING AN EXHIBTION OF THE ZOO POSTER THAT WILL STAY INSTALLED UNTIL  JANUARY 18.
