My Perspective
Framing seems like a very interesting topic because we see it in our everyday lives even when we aren’t thinking of it or noticing that it’s there. Framing is what is used as a surrounding for our work so that it can make the creation pop, or have our eyes catch it easier. It allows us to grasp onto whatever we are looking at by drawing attention to that particular object. I like framing because it can get me to focus more on a piece of work it is surrounding and can make it jump more out at me. Language is good for framing in a different kind of way than visual objects. Framing in language can allow us to set the foundation of the main idea for the viewer that is reading the page/paragraph. I believe this is a great way to get the message across about a certain subject to whoever is viewing the words. Windows and doors for a house are the entering and exiting points for any room which is a very important part of the structure. They can also provide style to the structure of the house, being the first thing you see before entering each room.
