I like the classic Times New Roman which I believe is my Helvetica. I say that because there were some graphic designers in the Helvetica film that say its universal while being beautiful and that is what I believe Times New Roman is. Another typeface that I think is beautiful and timeless is Garamond. This is one typeface that I loved to use during my project. I like Garamond so much because it has some beautiful curves to form it’s letters, which I believe allows it to be very versatile! I think that it is not only great to be used in a professional and a casual setting. Another typeface that I have fallen in love with is Didot. One reason why I like this typeface so much is that it is technically considered a modern one but I think it has a great elegance like a old style typeface. One thing I really admire about Didot is that it uses thin and thick likes to create beautiful letters. One of my favorite Didot letters is the letter D. I love this letter because the main part of the letter is made from a straight line with a curved half circle, and Didot manages to make the letter look modern and beautiful. I love these typefaces and after using them more in this class, I hope to use them more often,

I am someone that tends to be very traditional and I tend to enjoy traditional looking typefaces.
