Your final assignment for the semester is to collect and organize all your project final PDFs into one folder. You will have one PDF (no .ai or .ps or .indd files) for each project named as follows:

number lastname_project.pdf

For example:

06 gendron_translations.pdf

Post numbered PDFs of all projects:

03 lastname_figureground.pdf
04 lastname_designprinciples.pdf
05 lastname_expressivewords.pdf
06 lastname_translations.pdf
07 lastname_colortranslations.pdf
08 lastname_postervertical.pdf
08 lastname_posterhorizontal.pdf
08 lastname_postersquare.pdf
09 lastname_portfoliobook.pdf

These files will be put into one folder without subfolders in the DropBox folder you have already shared with me. Do not share this individually. Just put the final folder in the folder I already have access to. Clear your DropBox folder of all extraneous files if you wish.

This final work folder will be named:

GDP_F20_last_first

for example:

GDP_F20_gendron_heather

Note: This is your final exam. You cannot receive a grade from this class until the project archive has been received. I am looking for EXACT titles as I have stated. You can rename the files in dropbox. Make sure you have the final version of your files loaded here in this folder as many of you had multiple versions along the way. Also make sure the PDF’s open and are exactly as you think they are.

One organized folder of PDFs shared on DropBox (as outlined above) containing all work from the semester. Must be EXACTLY named as examples above and in the correct titled NEW folder within your folder already shared with me on DropBox.
