When it comes to Framing I think one of the most prominent purposes would be to make something stand out. Without the use of frames, many things would seem to be floating around. Another way that frames can be used is as a sort of protective border. You arent going to go to a famous art museum without noticing most of the work having a frame on its border. Looking around my room at home I notice multiple different framed pictures. In my opinion, these frames give the pictures an extra emphasis, and overall it makes them have a nicer looking display. A wide majority of things that people use every day like your car, phone, television, etc – all of these things have frames in some sense. When I take a look at the doors and windows that are in and around my house I notice this same thing. All the doors and all of the windows have frames, not only do they have frames but they are all the same frame with the same design and paint color. The reason for this yet again is because of the look it has, without the frames being used the doors and windows are much less likely to stand, and alongside that, they will not look as good.
