The reading tells me a lot about the process of graphic design that I did not know about before. I understand more now that there is so much more to it than I initially assumed. There is more though that goes into then I assumed and it is not just throwing things together on a computer screen. Graphic design is “an equally effective for exploring the use of unorthodox materials and fro learning to work within specific limitations”. As a students perspective, I completely agree with Rand’s perspective on teaching students. He believes graphic design should be taught at a younger age in small amount but there is a lack of that for students. He believes that there are many ways to present this learning to kids such as play principle and other things like it. Students and replace some of their problem solving question with designs to create or fix and it stimulates the students to want to do more of it.
I believe that Paul Rand has an amazing opinion on this topic and I agree with it. The idea to add more to young students minds in a creative way I think would be very stimulating to the kids and it will let them open up a new outlook on life and the things around them and maybe introduce new interests to their personal life.
