This is a poster that I found in the tanning room at my local gym in Stafford, Connecticut. I was walking around the gym looking at posters and saw a few bad kernings but this particular one stuck out the most to me. While it is very small on a large poster, it is the spaces between the letters that bothered me immediately. The letters are way too close together, there is no space between them, and if there is it is so minuscule. Being as small as it is I feel that there should be some more space because as it is right now all the letters just run together. The color doesn’t help but I still feel that if there was more space then it might be clearer and more legible.
