With the use of a frame, a picture or work of art can all come together, in my opinion. In the reading it mentioned how frames work well with minimalist work. I completely agree with that and I feel that truly is when framing is better at bringing some photo/work together. I mention minimalist work in particular because it is so simple, and by placing a boarder around it will complement the photo so well. I have been known to put frames on so many simple drawings or doodles and it really glorifies the work. I also am known to crop many photographs that I take and this is because I want people who view it to see what the main focus is, through my eyes. I love how cropping a picture directly brings your eyes closer to a focus rather than looking at the whole scene.
