I resonate this word with a pastel yellow or pink. When researching ‘delightful’ I found it come from the Latin word ‘delicere’, meaning ‘to charm’. Upon my findings, I am pleased to hear I am not far off as peace is always charming to people. These two adjectives are both positive descriptives.

I define the word ‘rebellious’ as an adjective that shows something does not care, or is not important in the eye of who or what is being described. I resonate this word with the colors black and red, like the bad-boy character in The Breakfast Club. Upon researching ‘rebel’, I found it originates from the latin word, ‘bellum.’ as well as ‘rebellis’ which is insurgent. I found I was close with some definition, as rebellious was used as ‘rebel’ which was used to define war, when there was a declaration by the defeated.

I define my final word, fright, as a negative term. When I think of ‘fright,’ I think of the color black, and believe the word means to be shocked in a negative way. Upon my research on ‘fright’ it originates from the Middle English, and it was created to ‘make afraid.’ I am not too far off with my definition as I designated the word with blackness and shock from fear.

The three words I am using are delightful, rebellious, and fright.
