Receipt Poster
Final Folder name: 01_lastname_Receipt
Include All Projects:
- Final Two Poster: lastname_Receipt_Final.pdf
- Recieipt Process — all versions in one PDF: lastname_Receipt_Process.pdf

Infographic
Final Folder Name: 02_Lastname_Infographic_Final
Folder Contents:
- Infoscroller Folder: vertical or horizontal
- Final PDF as one image: lastname_Infographic_FINAL.pdf
- Final Instagram Images in Folder (for Instagram only)
Folder: Lastname_infographic_Instagram
Images: lastname_infographic_final_01 (count up to final image 02, 03, 04, etc.)

Magazine
We will need the source InDesign files and a final PDF
Final Folder Name: 03_Lastname_Magazine_Final
- Packaged InDesign File: Including non-adobe fonts and linked images
Name the Indesign file: lastname_magazine_[topic].indd
Name the IDML file: lastname_magazine_[topic].idml - Final PDF in Spreads for Screen: Exported as spreads with no trim marks or bleeds.
PDF Name: lastname_magazine_[topic].pdf
Close the original INDD and open the PACKAGED INDD to make sure all images are linked.

Magazine Cover Contributions
Create an organized folder with PDFs of all your work on the cover design concepts.
Final Folder Name: 04_Lastname_Magazine_Cover
Process:
- Collect all the files outlined above
- Create a folder for these files named: lastname_467_Fall _2025_Archive
- Zip up the folder
- Backup and Clear out your shared class DropBox folder
- Upload your final archive zip to your shared class DropBox
- This Final Archive PDF should be the only thing in your Class Dropbox
Due at the beginning of the Final
Wednesday, December 10
3:30-5:30 PM
You will not pass this class until this archive is received… a necessary requirement 🙂
