I use images all the time! I do a lot of photography, and graphic design for other people so I am always exporting photos and converting file types.
I previously knew what type of projects needed what type of files but I didn’t know why for some, which was cleared up throughout the readings. One specific thing I did not know was the difference between Lossy and Lossless, and I did know about the JPEG photocopier effect and vaguely understood how it happened but I did not have the word Lossy/Lossless.
If I were an image type I would be Raster. I am not very mathematical (like AI files). I love playing with color, and having a more go with the flow energy.
